To address this, DigiMantra created Dispatch, a centralized platform streamlining game management. Features like detailed game listings and a built-in system to record game data make it a one-stop digital solution.
The suite included three powerful apps: Dispatch as the core, Evil Genius Games for game-themed merchandise, and Sidekick, a hub for accessing game subscription PDFs.

Managing game records by hand proved to be both tedious and inefficient. Organizers had to invest significant time and effort into tracking each game's details, everything from schedules and participants to results and notes, leaving room for errors, delays, and lost information. The problem didn’t end there; more hurdles emerged along the way.
Time Zone Hurdles in Game TrackingGame organizers struggled with tracking games when time zones shifted across countries. Manually listing and adjusting for multiple time zones made it a complex and time-consuming task.

Our experienced team developed a web app with separate login systems for game organizers and participants, which allowed each group to access features tailored to their specific needs. Seamless Time Zone Integration
A dynamic time zone system was implemented to automatically adjust to the player's location, ensuring smooth scheduling across different countries. Built this feature to allow the platform to handle global participation, keeping game timings accurate and accessible for everyone, no matter where they are.
Unified Single Sign-In
A seamless single sign-in system was developed, connecting the whole suite in one place—gaming, the merchandise, and subscription PDFs. Implemented this streamlined access to enhance user convenience, allowing players and organizers to navigate between platforms effortlessly with just one login.
Game Mapping
A unique feature was created that allows games to be linked to specific stores. If a game is played within a 10km radius of a store’s location, it is automatically mapped to that store, offering a seamless connection between gaming events and nearby stores.
Game-Based Rewards System
Designed a built-in rewards program to benefit both organizers and participants. Crafted these reward points to be redeemed for discounts on Evil Genius Games, the dedicated eCommerce store, turning gameplay into real-world perks and creating a more motivating, interactive experience for everyone involved.
