A DigiMantra client faced challenges managing physical game records manually, with outdated methods overwhelmed by data. To address this, DigiMantra created Dispatch, a centralized platform streamlining game management. Features like detailed game listings and a built-in system to record game data make it a one-stop digital solution.

The suite included three powerful apps: Dispatch as the core, Evil Genius Games for game-themed merchandise, and Sidekick, a hub for accessing game subscription PDFs.

Managing game records by hand proved to be both tedious and inefficient. Organizers had to invest significant time and effort into tracking each game's details, everything from schedules and participants to results and notes, leaving room for errors, delays, and lost information. A unique feature was created that allows games to be linked to specific stores. If a game is played within a 10km radius of a store’s location, it is automatically mapped to that store, offering a seamless connection between gaming events and nearby stores.
